The service at the hotel is exceptional, with a professional front desk staff going the extra mile to assist guests. The location is amazing, situated near Avenida Paulista with easy access to malls and essential amenities. The dining experience is delightful, offering a variety of dishes and superb breakfast options.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with all the facilities I could require, including a very comfortable bed with wonderfully smooth sheets. However, the room felt a bit cold, and the humidity was high during my stay. The service was top-notch, and the location was superb. The dining experience was exquisite, offering a variety of fresh and cooked choices. Overall, a great value for the money.
